Linear modules and units

K.Line produces Linear Modules that made linear motion systems very simple and saving costs.

Linear Modules are made of an extruded anodized aluminum guide, where two hardened and chromed shafts are being fixed on; concentric and eccentric wheels run on such shafts and they are integrated with the carriage. The linear units are particularly suitable when accurate positioning and high speeds are required in harsh and dusty environments.

K.Line also produces Linear Slides and Linear Tables, providing excellent positioning accuracy and high rigidity.

The sliding system is made of a carriage with ball bearings on hardened and chromed shafts, or alternatively a recirculating balls block on a liner guide can be used; the carriage is moved by a rolled (usually T7) ball screw.
